I have known Michael Duggan as a carpenter/builder since 2005. I needed a new staircase down to the water on my property. He did an amazing job and came up with an idea of a small deck off to the side which I never would have thought of. All this time later it still stands strong!

My husband and I purchased the 682 Colonia house built by Emperor Homes and we couldn't have made a better choice. The quality of the workmanship and design ideas had us sold. Since we didn't follow the build from start to finish, we had a lot of questions which Michael Duggan gladly answered and explained the building methods followed. The house design had incorporated a legal basement suite which hadn't been built yet. We made the decision to complete the basement suite as it was designed, and hired Emperor Homes to do the work. I was recommend to use emperor homes by a trades friend. He had built many homes with them and trusted them to build my home. I hired them on and from the beginning it was always my home with my ideas that they wanted. Lots of builders dont want you to be involved. You just get in the way and complicate matters. Not Mike and Jordan. They invited the input and hands on relationship. Because it was a relationship. I think more builders should be like emperor homes. Thanks guys my house is wonderful and I would recommend you to everyone.

I recently contracted Emperor Homes to tear down my existing porch and rebuild it with an added shed. Due to the shape of my lot, it was not an easy project but Michael worked with me every step of the way to overcome any and all challenges. Not only am I extremely pleased with the quality of the work, but his employees were very skilled and respectful during the entire construction period. They were there when promised and continued working daily until the job was completed. I had a couple of minor concerns during the process but they were dealt with promptly; one the same day and one the following day.
One of my major worries when searching for a contractor was finding one who was not only reputable and trustworthy but would complete the project in a timely manner and Emperor Homes definitely met my requirements. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We During the summer of 2018, we hired Emperor Homes after reading some online reviews and visiting a couple of their ongoing projects. We sent an email and in very short order, Mike and Jordan responded. This to us was a very promising sign as communication between contractors and clients is essential for a successful project, and something important to us. Once we had laid out our vision and plans, Mike provided us with a very detailed contract offer which over a few weeks was adjusted and agreed on. Once the project began, we met a couple of the Emperor employees who we found to be very friendly, prompt and excellent at their job. Both Mike and Jordan were always in contact with us to ensure the dates they were planning to continue work fit in with our schedule. I found the sub trades hired by Mike to be top notch with quality work and products. Our back yard patio/pergola and upper deck project was not Emperor's biggest, but we certainly were made to feel like a valued customer. We truly recommend this company.
